Olio recognized that building an effective team requires skills and techniques. A teambuilding program for Olio Group of Companies was held on April 15 -17th at Awana Genting.

It was well attended; employees had a wonderful time, while learning and acquiring team building techniques. It provides good opportunity for them to get to know their colleagues better through the exercises, games and socializing with each other in the evenings.

As the saying goes "no man is an island". Team work is of the essence to achieve the company’s vision and mission. Hence, promoting good team spirit and seamless relationship among employees is the key to success.
