Olio Resources Sdn Bhd in collaboration with our principal Hamworthy Oil & Gas Systems AS, Norway successfully organized a Technology Day 2011 (Separation Technology & Gas Recovery) on 8th April 2011. This seminar was held in Concorde Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

The idea of holding this session was mooted by our contacts in Petronas who suggested that Olio jointly organize this session with Hamworthy, to provide an opportunity for the relevant people in the industry to have open and direct engagement with a technology leader in the industry and be kept abreast on the latest technology that Hamworthy has developed, when applicable, can be considered when designing the equipment for their upcoming projects.

We took the opportunity to also invite participants from other oil companies, engineering design consultants and systems packagers. The response from the industry was overwhelming with interesting issues raised for discussions and a few key programs identified for further deliberation on the technology applications.
